Schedule 3: How
will we work together?
Process-
How do we recognise and harness difference in our learning
and working style? By playing to everyone’s strengths and giving suitable roles
that reflect these strengths.
How collectively or independently should we work? In the early stages, we will meet a couple of
times a week and delegate jobs, particularly in the research stages. In the
later stages, we will meet up and do the work together. If someone needs help,
then we will help each other out.
How will we set goals and track our progress? We will make
doable, weekly goals, and we can track this progress by checking it has been
uploaded to our facebook group or blog
Time-
How much time do we expect to give to the project? We will
give as much time as needed, which will be dependent on the stage that we are
out. Our time will also reflect that it is a 15 credit paper.
Do we expect equal contributions of time and effort? Yes
When, and how often, will the team meet? In the early stages, twice a week, however
this will increase depending on the stage that we are at.
Communication-
How, and how often, will we communicate outside of
structured class or meeting times? We have open lines of communication, which
can be used constantly through our facebook group.
How will decisions be made? Collectively and by majority
How will we handle disagreements or differences of opinion?
We will try and sort it out through the group and realise at times there will
need to be compromise on either side.
Critique-
How will team members give and receive critique? We will be
open to receiving critique and will ensure it is constructive criticism.
How will we evaluate the contribution/ engagement of
individuals? By attendance and the work load/standard that is produced.
How will we engage with other teams? We are open to
collaboration and input from other teams. We will also engage with other teams
by practicing our pitches to them and getting their constructive criticism.
Money and Resources-
How much money and/or resources do we expect to give to the
project? We will look at this at a later
date, however we agree that we don’t want anything excessive. If we are using
recycled materials this shouldn’t be a big issue.
Do we expect equal contributions of money and/or resources?
Yes
How will any expenditure be managed? Bryony will keep record
of this.
